Counseling will be done prior treatment to set a realistic goal, a naturopathy will guide you through the program to achieve the target in timely manner by structuring the plan according to body type and the ability. Weight management is constant work of an individual and we cannot guarantee to give specific results, however the plan is to change the lifestyle permanently in order to persistently moving toward a healthy living.
At the end of the program you will be provided with a user manual made specific for you with the regime to follow afterward to sustain the benefits of the program. We will also send you with information periodically with tips and tricks to be followed and implemented for a healthy lifestyle.

Weight Management Process:
Yoga is healer on many levels, its approach is on holistic level which target both mind and body to take you on a spiritual high. By practicing asanas we channelize energy positively in the whole body. In the weight management program major practiced yoga is Hatha yoga, Pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation.
Detoxification process is carried out by Ayurvedic therapies to mobilize fat tissues and a better metabolism. Medicated oils are administered if required to aid in fat loss.
“You are what you eat” is the philosophy of Ayurveda. We create a diet plan for you as suggested by the doctor to balance your doshas and fits appropriately to accommodate the calorie intake on a regular basis.
Physical activities such as brisk walk, jogging, light weight training in gym and swimming is conducted under supervision.
