Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa the free flow is related with the Breathe and the Movement which significantly means there is Breathe in the form of inhale and exhale with the Movement of body. The foremost example which can explain this technique more accurately is the Surya Namaskara where there are nine vinyasa. The first Vinyasa is inhaling while raising your arms over the head and putting your hands together, the second Vinyasa is the exhaling while bending forward placing your hands next to your feet and so on. In this way only all the asanas are there in certain number of Vinyasa (Ashtanga Yoga). The Breathing technique with Vinyasa is called Ujjayi i.e. breathe synchronized movement. The breathing style used calm diaphragmatic version of inhaling and exhaling like the sea sound which resonates in the throat (ujjayi).

The concept lies in performing the Vinyasa is relates with purification and internal cleansing. The movement of body parts as asanas heat the blood result into circulation of blood in freely. Proper blood circulation helps in overcome of pain, remove toxins also. The sweat coming out carries with it all the impurities in the blood. The process has a positive result clean the body internally and turns the body more healthy, strong and light. It concentrates on making the quality of breathing more and checks that the length of inhale and exhale should be same. Actually the length signifies the time spent transitioning between asanas. In case if the movement of body increases with the different poses the inhale and exhale also tend to be increase. The Breathe is powerful in itself and energies the internal fire and strengthens result into purification of nervous system.
