Neeraj also known as deva take a personal and individualized approach to teach yoga, He has been learning yoga for about 10 years and those experience influence his teaching style as a practitioner. Power Vinyasa Flow yoga and hatha yoga are his yog styles of expertise. His basis for teaching philosophy is the belief that yoga can benefit all body types; if you can breathe, you can benefit from yoga. The base of classes is focus on breath while leading students through a series of asanas.
The sequence and intensity of the class vary in accordance with students’ experience, energy and prowess. The signature style of deva is helping each enthusiast individually to attain the personal goal and sharing those experiences to benefit others.
